My well-being journey has improved my state of mental and physical health in more ways than I could have hoped for
About Me
I never imagined that leaving a career in finance would lead me to the work I feel so deeply called to do today
But looking back, that change was the beginning of something much more meaningful — a journey into wellbeing, healing and helping others feel more at home in themselves
When I retrained as a massage therapist, I thought I was simply learning a new skill. I was opening the door to a new way of living and working. What began with workplace massage soon became a passion for supporting people in a more rounded way — not just helping them relax for a moment, but helping them reconnect with their bodies, their confidence and their sense of self
At the heart of my work is a belief I hold very close: you deserve to look and feel well at every age. Not in a pressured, perfect, “one-size-fits-all” way, but in a way that feels honest, supportive and true to you
I know from experience that life does not always make self-care easy. There are seasons when stress, grief, responsibility and the busyness of everyday life can leave you feeling far away from yourself
Even when you want to feel happier and healthier, it can be hard to know where to begin
After a period of deep personal grief, I found myself needing to rebuild gently. I did not transform my life overnight. I began with small promises to myself — simple, loving choices that helped me feel steadier, stronger and more present, one day at a time
I learned to look after myself, protect my rest, slow my mornings, move more often and listen to what I truly needed. Those changes were not complicated, but they were powerful. They taught me that wellbeing does not have to feel overwhelming — it can begin with one kind choice, repeated with care
That lived experience shapes everything I offer now. I understand how important it is to feel supported, encouraged and never judged. My role is to meet you where you are and help you discover simple, realistic ways to feel better in your body, your mind and your everyday life
Today, wellbeing is woven through my life as well as my work
I love sharing practices and treatments that support people to feel calmer, brighter and more confident, and I feel grateful every day that this path found me
And away from my work, I am happiest doing Pilates, walking, spending time outside and enjoying life with our dog, Max — our much-loved Border Collie and Kerry Beagle cross
