About Me

 

 

After I left my job in finance I re-trained as a massage therapist and set up my own business to offer work-place massage.

 

My goal is to help you to look and feel beautiful at any age.

 

And it begins with your mindset.

 

Your commitment to be happier and healthier can easily be de-railed by the days’ up and downs.  But it’s when you choose to commit to your own personal health goals that is when things begin to change. You will begin to outgrow your old ways of dealing with obstacles and start to feel more in charge of your life.

 

Following a period of deep personal grief and mourning , I slowly began to re-build how I live and I made these promises to myself,

  • change my diet to eliminate gluten and to eat mainly plant -based wholefoods,
  • get a sound night’s sleep,
  • get up earlier than I need to so that I can enjoy a ‘slow morning’ – gone are the days of getting up late and starting my day in a panic.
  • take more care of my body, because where else can I live,
  • make my health my personal responsibility, completely guilt-free,
  • protect my peace from toxic situations and from people who probably who don’t have my happiness at heart.

 

A lot of my spare time is spent around wellbeing practices for my family and friends. Working in the wellbeing sector doesn’t feel like a job as I’ve finally discovered what I love doing.

 

I enjoy doing Pilates on as many days in the week as I can and love going for walks with our dog, Max- he’s a border collie, Kerry beagle cross.
